Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. seeks an Account Executive to sell pest management services to new and existing commercial customers across hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare, and retail.

You will join a results‑oriented team and participate in a comprehensive training program. You will create new business opportunities, inspect sites, and present pest control solutions and preventative maintenance to drive growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Two years of B2B sales experience preferred; prospecting skills encouraged.
• Willing to obtain industry licenses provided and paid for by the company.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and recommend pest control solutions and preventive maintenance for commercial clients.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn Rentokil’s programs, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Build partnerships with internal departments to maximize growth and ensure service excellence.
• Maintain daily activities and sales performance using the company CRM.
