Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to sell pest management services to commercial customers across hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare, and retail segments. The role emphasizes a customer-focused approach, training, and growth within a results-oriented environment.

You will inspect properties, present pest control solutions, and manage proposals and presentations to win new business. Travel up to 100% within assigned territory is required.

Qualifications

• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Two years of experience in B2B sales preferred, with prospecting skills (cold calling, lead generation, networking).
• Self-motivated, hunter’s mentality, able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and sell pest control solutions to commercial customers.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn Rentokil programs, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Collaborate with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure service delivery.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance in the CRM.
