Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to sell Commercial Pest Management Services to new and existing clients in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. You will learn pest management solutions, assess infestations, and develop proposals to drive revenue growth.

You will engage with hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare, and retail segments, building long-term partnerships while meeting sales targets and leveraging Rentokil resources and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Two years B2B sales experience with prospecting (cold calling, lead generation, networking) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance for Commercial customers.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn Rentokil programs, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Build partnerships with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities.
