Job summary

Rentokil Pest Control North America is seeking an Account Executive to sell Commercial Pest Management Services to new and existing clients, focusing on hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare, and retail sectors. You will join a outcomes-driven team, complete a training program, and become proficient in Pest ID, proposals, and presentations to grow the business.

You will conduct field sales across assigned territories, build relationships, and leverage our programs and pricing to deliver

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of B2B sales experience preferred.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings and, based on findings, sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance for commercial customers.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn Rentokil’s programs, pricing policies, and service offerings; build partnerships with internal teams.
