Job summary

Rentokil Pest Control Ltd. is seeking an Account Executive to sell pest management services to commercial clients across hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare, and retail sectors.

You will participate in training to identify infestations, develop proposals, and deliver compelling presentations that drive revenue. The role emphasizes developing territory plans, maintaining product knowledge, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Preferred 2 years of B2B sales experience with prospecting skills.
• Self-motivated, hunter’s mentality with the ability to work independently.
• Will obtain required industry licenses provided and paid for by the company.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Inspect buildings for pests and pest harborage, then sell pest control solutions and preventive maintenance for Commercial customers.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of Rentokil’s programs, protocols, pricing, and services.
• Build partnerships and collaborate with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and service delivery.
• Use the company CRM for daily activities and sales performance.
