Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking an Account Executive to sell Commercial Pest Management Services to new and existing customers across hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare, and retail sectors. You will conduct inspections, propose pest control solutions, and develop territory plans aimed at exceeding sales targets.

A training program will help you master our offerings and pricing policies. Strong communication, customer service, and prospecting skills are essential, as is a hunter mindset

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of B2B sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills required.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and assess infestations to sell pest control solutions.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn Rentokil’s programs, protocols, pricing, and service offerings.
• Collaborate with internal departments to maximize growth and deliver service solutions.
