Job summary

Rentokil Pest Control North America is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to sell our pest management services to commercial customers across hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare, and retail. You’ll enter a comprehensive training program to learn our pest control solutions and develop a strong customer portfolio.

You will conduct inspections, craft proposals, and present effective pest management solutions that protect client properties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Two years of B2B sales experience with prospecting skills (cold calling, lead generation, networking).
• Self-motivated, hunter’s mentality with ability to work independently.
• Willing to obtain required industry licenses provided and paid for by the company.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and sell pest control solutions and maintenance for commercial customers.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of Rentokil’s programs, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Build partnerships with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure delivery of service solutions.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company CRM.
