Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to sell commercial pest management services and products to new and existing commercial customers.

You will conduct inspections, identify infestations, and craft proposals to close deals across hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare, and retail sectors. You will join a results-oriented team with comprehensive training, learn our programs and pricing, and build partnerships to drive growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Two years of B2B sales experience desired, with prospecting skills (cold calling, lead generation, networking).
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Must obtain required industry licenses provided and paid for by the company.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance to commercial customers.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn Rentokil programs, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Build partnerships with internal departments to maximize growth and ensure outstanding service solutions.
• Maintain daily activities and sales performance using the company CRM.
