Job summary

Roadrunner Transportation Systems Inc in Humble, TX is seeking an Account Executive in a hybrid, field-based role. You will drive new business, build high-trust relationships with customers, and manage a broad set of logistics accounts to support revenue growth.

You will align with Operations and pricing teams, present to customers, and manage pricing requests with accuracy. Travel is required; base salary is competitive with full benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years sales experience.
• Proven ability to generate new business and manage relationships independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication; customer presentations.
• Experience interpreting pricing agreements and financial reports.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for field sales.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition through prospecting and field engagements.
• Own and grow customer accounts with regular reviews.
• Align cross-functionally with Operations and pricing teams.
• Manage pricing and commercial execution with accuracy.
• Produce weekly sales reports and maintain account records.
