Roadrunner is seeking a driven Field Sales Professional to expand revenue in a fast-growing logistics environment. You will prospect, qualify opportunities, and own end-to-end account management in the Atlanta market, building trusted customer relationships and coordinating with Operations to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of sales experience (or equivalent combination).
• Proven ability to generate new business and manage customer relationships independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to customers and leadership.
• Experience interpreting pricing agreements, financial reports, and contractual documents.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition with disciplined prospecting in defined territories.
• Own and grow customer accounts through high-trust relationships and regular reviews.
• Align cross-functionally with Operations and pricing teams to deliver results.
• Manage pricing and commercial execution with accuracy and clarity in internal approvals.
• Maintain weekly sales reports and account profiles with actionable insights.
