Job summary

Roadrunner in Memphis is seeking a results-driven sales professional to expand market share in a competitive logistics environment. You will prospect, qualify, and close new business while protecting and expanding existing accounts.

The role requires field-based activity with a hybrid work setup and the ability to translate customer needs into commercially sound solutions. Travel up to 10% may be required as you align with Operations, price effectively, and manage revenue outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of sales experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to generate new business and manage customer relationships independently.
• Experience prospecting and managing accounts.
• Ability to interpret pricing agreements and financial data.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition through disciplined prospecting and field engagement.
• Own and grow customer accounts with regular reviews and expansion opportunities.
• Align with Operations to resolve service-related issues and ensure seamless execution.
• Manage pricing and commercial execution with accurate requests for internal approvals.
• Produce weekly sales reports, track pipeline, and maintain account documentation.
