Tradesmen International, LLC is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to grow and manage an assigned sales territory in the construction staffing industry. This outside sales role places you in the field daily, building relationships with commercial construction clients, generating new business, and growing existing accounts with uncapped commission.

The salary for this position is $55,000 plus commissions, with a strong earning potential tied to results.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of outside/territory/B2B sales experience (construction or staffing a plus).
• Proven track record in cold calling, canvassing a territory, and generating new business.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, cold call, and canvass within your territory to generate new business and grow accounts.
• Make direct sales calls and presentations to contractors, facility managers, and HR managers.
• Educate clients on the value of a skilled, variable workforce.
• Coordinate with Project Coordinators to match craftworkers to orders.
• Maintain and exceed quarterly sales goals and growth targets.
• Build relationships with client senior management and site personnel.
• Manage client lifecycle: onboarding, satisfaction checks, and issue resolution.
• Track sales activity and maintain client records in Salesforce.
• Attend trade events to build industry relationships.
• Ensure timely payment cycles by following up on invoices.
