Tradesmen International is seeking an Account Executive to grow and manage an assigned sales territory in the construction staffing industry. This is an outside sales role: you'll be in the field daily, building relationships with commercial construction clients, generating new business, and growing existing accounts.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of outside/territory/B2B sales experience, construction or staffing is a plus.
• Proven cold calling, canvassing, and new business generation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and independent in the field.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, Salesforce preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Regular, predictable attendance in office and field settings.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, cold call, and canvass to generate new business and grow accounts.
• Deliver direct sales calls and presentations to contractors and facility managers.
• Educate prospects on the value of a skilled, variable workforce.
• Coordinate with Project Coordinators to match workers to orders.
• Maintain and exceed quarterly sales goals and growth targets.
• Build relationships with client senior management and jobsite staff.
• Manage the full client lifecycle from onboarding to satisfaction and resolution.
• Support field employees before and after assignments and track placements.
• Maintain client records in Salesforce CRM and track activity.
• Attend trade events to build industry relationships and collect on invoices.
