Job summary

Tradesmen International is hiring a Commercial Account Executive to grow and manage an assigned sales territory in the construction staffing industry. This is an outside sales role: you'll be in the field daily, building relationships with commercial construction clients, generating new business, and growing existing accounts.

Uncapped commission means your earning potential grows directly with your results.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of outside sales or B2B sales experience in construction or staffing is preferred.
• Proven ability to generate new business and manage accounts.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently in the field.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, cold call, and canvass to generate new business and grow accounts.
• Make direct sales calls and presentations to contractors and HR managers at their business.
• Educate clients on the value of a skilled, variable workforce.
• Partner with Project Coordinators to match workers to orders.
• Maintain quarterly sales goals and grow client relationships.
• Manage full client lifecycle from onboarding to invoicing and issue resolution.
• Support field employees and track placements in Salesforce.
• Attend industry events to build relationships and networks.
