Job summary

Guardant Health, Inc. seeks an experienced field-based Account Executive to drive promotion of the Shield™ colorectal cancer (CRC) test to primary care providers.

You will build relationships, educate clinicians, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate adoption and improve patient outcomes. Based in California, you will manage a territory, meet sales targets, and participate in launches of new cancer screening technologies while maintaining high-touch service and compliance

Qualifications

• 4+ years of customer-facing sales experience in healthcare (diagnostics, medical device, or pharmaceutical sales) or 2+ years with direct clinical experience (RN/PA).
• Experience with diagnostic products, blood-based testing, or cancer screening is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication, ability to present complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets through prospecting, relationship-building, and national sales strategies.
• Engage healthcare providers and gain commitment to adopt Shield test for CRC and other cancers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies and support launches of new screening technologies.
