Job summary

Guardant Health in the United States seeks a field-based Account Executive to promote the SHIELD colorectal cancer blood test to primary care providers. You will drive early detection by expanding adoption and supporting physicians in integrating the test into routine practice.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, meet sales targets, and deliver high-touch service while guiding customers through product launches, payer considerations, and workflow integration across clinics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of customer-facing sales experience in healthcare (diagnostics, medical devices, or pharma) or 2 years with direct clinical patient-care experience (RN/PA).
• Preferred: experience with diagnostic products, blood-based testing or cancer screening.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; ability to educate providers and gain stakeholder buy-in.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets through prospecting, relationship-building, and execution of national sales strategies.
• Target and engage healthcare providers in primary care to adopt SHIELD testing.
• Educate and support providers with in-depth product knowledge and training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (clinical, marketing, product) to align sales plans.
• Plan and execute launches and expand market reach within territory.
• Monitor market trends and share insights with Commercial Team to optimize strategies.
