Job summary
Guardant Health, Inc. is seeking a field-based Account Executive to promote the Shield colorectal cancer (CRC) test to primary care providers. You will drive early cancer detection, build relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new screening technologies.
The role requires 4+ years of healthcare sales experience (or 2 years with clinical RN/PA background), strong product knowledge, and nationwide travel within the US. Hybrid work model with defined onsite days.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of customer-facing healthcare sales experience or 2+ years with clinical care background (RN/PA).
- Ability to engage, educate, and influence healthcare providers on product value.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets through national strategies and prospecting.
- Target and engage healthcare providers to adopt Shield CRC testing.
- Educate and train primary care practices on product workflows.
- Collaborate with clinical, marketing, and product teams to execute launches.
- Monitor market trends and report insights to leadership.
- Provide high-touch customer service throughout the sales cycle.
