Guardant Health, Inc. is seeking a field-based Account Executive to promote Shield™ CRC blood testing to primary care providers. You will drive early cancer detection through proactive engagement, education, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a hybrid US-based role.

You will build relationships with healthcare providers, identify opportunities, and execute go-to-market strategies that improve patient outcomes while supporting business growth. Travel within territory is expected.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of customer-facing sales experience in healthcare (diagnostics, medical device, or pharmaceutical sales) or 2 years plus direct clinical experience in patient care.
• Experience with diagnostic products, especially blood-based testing or cancer screening, is a plus.
• Proven ability to engage in selling conversations, overcome objections, and align client needs with product offerings.

• Meet or exceed sales targets through prospecting, relationship-building, and execution of national sales strategies.
• Engage healthcare providers and gain commitment to adopt Shield test for CRC and other cancers.
• Educate and train primary care practices on Guardant Health products to gain stakeholder support and smooth integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (clinical, marketing, product) to align sales strategies and share feedback.
• Identify new business opportunities within territory and build collaborations with regional laboratories to expand reach.
• Plan and execute launch activities for new cancer screening technologies.
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to inform sales tactics and report insights.
