Qualifications

• Advanced Degree(s) in a healthcare or related field as required for Level 5/6.
• Experience in patient services or access and reimbursement is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and FDA regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support patient access and reimbursement for infused and specialty therapies.
• Educate providers and patients on coverage, prior authorizations, and billing.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Advocacy, Case Management, and Site of Care teams.
• Investigate access barriers and escalate complex issues as needed.
