Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong educational background in health services or related field.
• Experience in patient access and reimbursement processes is preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and coding/billing basics is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource on patient access and reimbursement for infused therapies.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and providers on coverage and prior authorization steps.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Advocacy, and Site of Care teams.
• Assist with identifying and resolving access challenges and denied claims.
• Travel up to 50% to support field-based activities.
