Job summary

Compass Pathways is seeking a Patient Access Liaison to execute site-level patient engagement strategies and support REMS certification, access readiness, and education for healthcare stakeholders. The role is field-based in Austin or San Antonio, TX, reporting to the Regional Director, Field Patient Access.

The PAL will strengthen account relationships, coordinate treatment logistics, handle case-level access barriers, and maintain disciplined CRM documentation to ensure smooth patient journeys

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in field reimbursement, patient access, and case management within pharmaceutical/biotech or specialty healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Educate sites on REMS site certification activities and patient REMS enrolment processes.
• Support site access workflows following REMS certification to ensure operational readiness for therapy delivery.
• Provide compliant education on coverage, coding, payment, and reimbursement processes to site personnel.
• Educate on case management processes for consented patients and affordability program navigation.
• Identify and troubleshoot case-level access barriers via buy-and-bill, HUB, and other approved pathways.
• Coordinate patient treatment logistics across REMS requirements, HUB, specialty pharmacies, and distribution partners.
• Collaborate with Sales and Site of Care Account Leads on referrals and handoffs regarding site readiness and access challenges.
• Maintain compliant and timely CRM documentation of activities and outcomes.
• Develop and execute account-level business plans reflecting site access priorities and stakeholder needs.
