Job summary

Compass Pathways plc is seeking a Patient Access Liaison to support REMS certification, site access readiness, and education on coverage and reimbursement. This field-based role will drive patient access initiatives across REMS, HUB, and specialty pharmacies within Washington DC, Northern Virginia, or Richmond, VA, reporting to the Regional Director, Field Patient Access.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of field reimbursement and patient access experience.
Experience navigating a healthcare ecosystem in pharma/biotech.
Ability to support patient progression from referral to treatment.
Collaborates with matrix partners while maintaining non-promotional boundaries.
Strong planning, organization, and data-driven execution.

Responsibilities

Educate sites on REMS certification and patient REMS enrolment processes.
Support site access workflows, strengthen account relationships, ensure operational readiness.
Provide compliant education on coverage, coding, payment, verification, prior authorizations and appeals.
Educate on case management processes for consented patients and affordability programs.
Identify and resolve case-level access barriers through approved pathways.
Coordinate patient treatment logistics across REMS, HUB, pharmacies and distributors.
Maintain accurate CRM documentation for cross-functional visibility and coordination.
Develop and execute account-level business plans reflecting site access priorities.
