Job summary

Compass Pathways is seeking a Field Patient Access Liaison to execute our patient engagement strategy across REMS, access readiness, and reimbursement education. The PAL will educate sites on REMS processes, support access workflows, and reinforce treatment logistics with HUB and distribution partners.

The role requires 3+ years in field reimbursement, strong cross-functional collaboration, and willingness to travel ~50% within the Raleigh–Durham area.

Qualifications

• Experience in field reimbursement and patient access within pharma/biotech.
• Experience supporting access programs, coverage verification, prior authorizations, and affordability programs.
• Ability to partner with treatment sites, strengthen workflows, and build trusted relationships.
• Strong planning, organizational skills, and data-driven execution across many accounts.

Responsibilities

• Educate sites on REMS certification and enrollment.
• Support site access readiness and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
• Provide education on coverage, coding, payment, and reimbursement processes.
• Educate on case management processes for consented patients and privacy rules.
• Identify and resolve access barriers through HUB, specialty pharmacy, and approved pathways.
• Coordinate patient treatment logistics across REMS, HUB, and distribution partners.
• Collaborate with Sales and Site of Care to hand off readiness and account discussions.
• Maintain compliant documentation of account activities and outcomes.
• Develop account-level business plans reflecting access priorities and patient opportunities.
• Maintain non-promotional role boundaries and avoid product promotion.
