• Minimum of 3 years of experience in field reimbursement, patient access, and case management within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or specialty healthcare.
• Experience navigating a healthcare ecosystem and supporting access and reimbursement processes.

Responsibilities

• Support REMS certification and enrolment; educate sites on REMS activities and enrollment processes.
• Enable site access readiness and strengthen account relationships for therapy delivery.
• Provide reimbursement education on coverage, coding, payment, and prior authorizations.
• Educate on case management processes for consented patients and affordability programs.
• Assist with cross-functional handoffs and coordinate patient treatment logistics within REMS requirements.
• Maintain compliant documentation of account activities in the CRM.
• Develop account-level business plans reflecting site access priorities and stakeholder needs.
