Job summary

Compass Pathways is seeking a Patient Access Liaison (PAL) to execute its patient engagement strategy at the site level across REMS certification, access readiness, and reimbursement education for healthcare stakeholders.

The PAL educates sites on treatment logistics, identifies information gaps, addresses access barriers, and supports operational readiness across REMS, specialty pharmacy, and distribution networks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in field reimbursement and patient access within pharmaceutical/biotech.
• Experience supporting access and reimbursement processes including specialty pharmacy, coverage verification, prior authorizations, and affordability programs.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% and reside within 25 miles of assigned geography.

Responsibilities

• Educate sites on REMS site certification activities and patient REMS enrolment processes.
• Support site access workflows following REMS certification and strengthen account relationships.
• Provide compliant education on coverage, coding, payment, reimbursement, and access processes.
• Educate on case management processes for consented patients and appropriate use of PHI.
• Identify and troubleshoot case-level access barriers through approved pathways (buy-and-bill, HUB, etc.).
• Coordinate patient treatment logistics across REMS, HUB, and distribution partners.
• Receive referrals from Sales and Site of Care Account Leads and act on readiness and access challenges.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation of account activities and outcomes.
• Develop and execute account-level business plans reflecting site access priorities.
