Job summary

Compass Pathways plc is hiring a Field Patient Access Liaison to execute patient engagement strategies across REMS requirements, HUB partnerships, and external support networks. The role focuses on site readiness, case-level access resolution, and compliant education for payers, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.

The PAL will manage patient access processes, strengthen site relationships, and ensure operational readiness for therapy delivery while upholding non-promotional boundaries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in field reimbursement, patient access, and case management within pharma/biotech or related healthcare fields.
• Experience supporting access and reimbursement processes, specialty pharmacy programs, patient support services, and coverage/authorization workflows.
• Proven ability to enable patient progression from referral to treatment initiation by removing barriers and coordinating resources.
• Experience partnering with treatment sites to assess needs, optimize workflows, and build trusted stakeholder relationships.
• Demonstrated operational excellence, disciplined execution, and use of data to address access challenges.

Responsibilities

• Educate sites on REMS site certification activities and patient REMS enrolment processes.
• Support site access workflows following REMS certification and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
• Provide education on coverage, coding, payment, prior authorizations, appeals, and affordability programs.
• Educate on case management processes for consented patients and compliant handling of patient information.
• Identify and troubleshoot case-level access barriers through approved support pathways.
• Coordinate patient treatment logistics across REMS, HUB, and distribution partners.
• Collaborate with Sales and Site of Care leads on referrals and readiness discussions.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation of activities and outcomes.
• Develop and execute account-level business plans reflecting site access priorities.
• Maintain non-promotional boundaries and avoid promotional activities.
