Job summary

Compass Pathways is seeking a Patient Access Liaison (PAL) to execute our patient engagement strategy at the site level across REMS, reimbursement education, and therapy delivery readiness in Austin/San Antonio, TX. You will educate sites on REMS certification, support access workflows, and strengthen stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in field reimbursement, patient access, and case management within pharma/biotech.
• Experience navigating a healthcare ecosystem.
• Experience supporting access and reimbursement processes and specialty pharmacy programs.
• Experience enabling patient progression from referral through treatment initiation.
• Ability to collaborate compliantly with matrix partners while maintaining role boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Educate sites on REMS certification and enrolment activities.
• Support site access workflows after REMS certification and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
• Provide compliant education on coverage, coding, payment, and reimbursement processes.
• Educate on case management processes for consented patients and affordability programs.
• Identify and troubleshoot case-level access barriers through approved support pathways.
• Coordinate patient treatment logistics across REMS requirements, HUB, and distribution partners.
• Receive referrals and handoffs from Sales and Site of Care Account Leads for site readiness and access challenges.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation of account activities and outcomes.
• Develop and execute account-level business plans reflecting site access priorities.
• Maintain non-promotional role boundaries.
