Job summary

Compass Pathways is seeking a Patient Access Liaison to execute field patient access strategies, support REMS certification, and educate healthcare stakeholders on coverage and reimbursement. This role builds site readiness and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliant, patient‑centered access.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in field reimbursement, patient access, and case management in pharma/biotech or specialty healthcare
• Experience supporting access, reimbursement, and specialty pharmacy programs
• Experience enabling patient progression from referral to treatment initiation
• Ability to build trusted account and stakeholder relationships with cross-functional teams
• Strong planning, organization, and data-driven execution across multiple accounts

Responsibilities

• Educate sites on REMS certification and patient REMS enrollment processes
• Support site access workflows and strengthen account relationships for therapy delivery
• Provide compliant education on coverage, coding, payment, and appeals
• Explain case management processes for consented patients and benefits verification
• Identify and resolve access barriers through appropriate pathways (buy‑and‑bill, HUB, specialty pharmacy)
• Coordinate patient treatment logistics across REMS requirements and distribution partners
• Collaborate with Sales and Site of Care teams on referrals and readiness
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation of activities and outcomes
• Develop and execute account-level business plans reflecting site needs and access opportunities
• Maintain non-promotional role boundaries and avoid promotions or product discussions
