Job summary

Galderma Laboratories, LP is seeking a Field Access Manager for the Southeast region. This field-based role supports accounts and patients in gaining access to Galderma’s biologic treatments, collaborating with cross-functional US teams and external partners.

The role emphasizes education, reimbursement navigation, and improving the patient journey, with travel across the designated geography and close partnership with the Field Access Director team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 5+ years in pharma; dermatology/biologic experience preferred.
• 2+ years in reimbursement or access roles supporting prescription products.
• Experience launching new-to-market specialty products and resolving access challenges.
• Knowledge of utilization management, prior authorizations and appeals.

Responsibilities

• Optimize the patient and account experience across the field.
• Identify and resolve access challenges for patients prescribed Galderma products.
• Educate accounts on patient support services and reimbursement options.
• Support regional initiatives with Sales, Market Access and Patient Services.
• Maintain compliance and protect patient confidentiality.
