Job summary

Galderma Laboratories, LP is seeking a Field Access Manager to support access to biologic dermatology therapies across the Great Lakes region. The role partners with cross-functional teams to resolve access barriers and educate accounts on patient services and reimbursement pathways.

The candidate will drive strategic initiatives, ensure compliant access, and collaborate with Sales, Market Access and HUB services to improve the patient journey across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry; dermatology and/or biologic experience preferred.
• 2+ years in a reimbursement or access role supporting prescription-based products.
• Proven experience launching new-to-market specialty products and resolving access challenges.

Responsibilities

• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve access challenges for patients prescribed Galderma products.
• Educate accounts on Galderma patient services and product access to solve complex reimbursement challenges.
• Support execution of strategic and tactical initiatives within assigned geographic region with Regional Sales Manager and 5-7 Account Managers.
• Adhere to compliance rules to ensure patient confidentiality and access to care.
• Partner with Sales, Market Access and Patient Services to enhance patient and practice experience.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders such as Specialty Pharmacies and HUB services for seamless patient journey.
