Job summary

Galderma, a leader in dermatology, seeks a Field Access Manager for the Southeast region (Tampa/St. Petersburg, FL) to optimize patient access to biologic therapies. You will work across Sales, Market Access, and HUB teams to resolve reimbursement challenges and educate accounts on patient services.

The role requires 5+ years in pharma, including reimbursement/ access experience, and strong communication, with regular travel across the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in pharma; dermatology/biologic preferred.
• 2+ years in reimbursement or access roles.
• Experience launching new-to-market specialty products.
• Knowledge of utilization management, prior authorizations, appeals.

Responsibilities

• Assist accounts in gaining access to Galderma products.
• Educate accounts on patient services and reimbursement options.
• Support regional sales and account managers in region.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Market Access and HUB services.
• Partner with external pharmacies and HUBs for patient journey.
