Job summary

Galderma is seeking a Field Access Manager to support the Great Lakes region with patient access to biologic therapies. The role collaborates with US cross-functional teams and external partners, reporting to the Field Access Director, to educate on patient services and resolve reimbursement challenges.

The position requires regular travel, strong communication skills, and a focus on compliant, patient-centered access across dermatology products for a field-based team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 5+ years in the pharmaceutical industry; dermatology/biologic experience preferred.
• 2+ years in a reimbursement or access role.
• Proven experience launching new-to-market specialty products and resolving access challenges.
• Understands utilization management tools, prior authorizations and appeals.
• Cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Comprehensive analytical/strategic thinking skills.
• Able to work with urgency, adapt quickly and be persistent.
• Proficient in English; MS Office experience required.

Responsibilities

• Optimize patient and account experience in field access.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve access challenges for patients.
• Educate accounts on patient services and reimbursement options.
• Support regional initiatives with Sales Managers and Account Managers.
• Ensure compliance and protect patient confidentiality.
• Serve as escalation point for field-based access issues.
• Collaborate with Sales, Market Access and HUB services.
• Partner with external stakeholders such as Specialty Pharmacies.
