Job summary

Galderma is seeking a Field Access Manager for the Great Lakes region to help accounts gain access to biologic treatments. This field-based role collaborates with US cross-functional teams and external partners, reporting to the Field Access Director.

You will educate accounts, troubleshoot access barriers, and work with Specialty Pharmacies and HUB services to ensure a seamless patient journey across Dermatology products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience; dermatology/biologic preferred.
• 2+ years in a reimbursement or access role supporting prescription products.
• Proven experience launching new-to-market specialty products and resolving access challenges.
• Understanding of utilization management tools, prior authorizations and appeals.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Key member in optimizing the patient and account experience.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve access challenges for patients.
• Educate and support accounts on patient services offerings.
• Partner external stakeholders such as Specialty Pharmacies and HUB services for a seamless patient journey.
• Act as SME to help customers reduce non-clinical barriers to therapy access.
• Educate Dermatology customers through meetings, business reviews and educational programs.
