Job summary

Galderma seeks a Field Access Manager to enhance patient access in the Southeast region, covering Jacksonville, FL and Mobile, AL. You will partner with sales and market access to resolve payer challenges and ensure timely therapy access for dermatology products.

You will educate accounts on Galderma patient services, manage complex reimbursement issues, and drive strategic regional initiatives with field teams, while maintaining strict compliance and patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in the pharmaceutical industry; dermatology and/or biologic experience preferred.
• 2+ years in a reimbursement or access role supporting prescription-based products.
• Proven experience launching new-to-market specialty products and resolving difficult access challenges.
• Understands utilization management tools, prior authorizations and appeals.
• Account management experience preferred.
• Cross-functional experience with collaboration and coordination.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for leadership and external customers.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to work with urgency and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in English; MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Be a key member in optimizing patient and account experience.
• Identify and troubleshoot access challenges for patients prescribed Galderma products.
• Educate accounts on patient support services and access to solve reimbursement challenges.
• Support execution of strategic initiatives within geographic region with Regional Sales Manager and 5-7 Account Managers.
• Adhere to complex compliance rules to protect patient confidentiality and access to care.
• Serve as escalation point for field-based access issues for Sales Managers in the region.
• Collaborate with Sales, Market Access and Patient Services teams to enhance patient journeys.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders (Specialty Pharmacies, HUB) for seamless access.
• Act as SME to help customers reduce non-clinical barriers to therapy access.
• Educate Dermatology customers on Galderma services through meetings and reviews.
