Job summary

Galderma is seeking a Field Access Manager for the Great Lakes region. This field-based role will assist accounts in obtaining access to Galderma’s biologic therapies, educate on patient support services, and resolve complex reimbursement challenges across dermatology products.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage strategic initiatives, and ensure patient confidentiality while supporting a seamless patient journey. Travel is required; sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry; dermatology and/or biologic experience preferred.
• 2+ years in a reimbursement or access role supporting prescription-based products.
• Proven experience launching new to market specialty products and resolving access challenges.
• Understanding of utilization management tools, prior authorizations and appeals.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and account management experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for leadership and external customers.
• Proficiency in English; MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Identify and troubleshoot access challenges for patients prescribed Galderma products.
• Educate accounts on patient services and access solutions to resolve reimbursement issues.
• Support execution of strategic initiatives within the geographic region in partnership with Sales and Market Access teams.
• Collaborate with HUB services and Specialty Pharmacies for seamless patient journeys.
• Serve as a subject matter expert to reduce non-clinical barriers to therapy access.
• Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with dermatology customers to promote patient services.
