Job summary

Stratis Group is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to manage a dedicated territory, educating healthcare providers and staff on access services and reimbursement solutions. You will coordinate with HUB, sales, and market access teams to implement strategic plans and resolve patient-level reimbursement issues.

The role emphasizes compliant handling of PHI, in-person office visits, and ongoing education of providers about CMS policies, formulary coverage, and prior authorization processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services, or related healthcare roles.
• 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 3–4 days a week within territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities to support patient access to products in provider offices and liaise with HUB and other access services.
• Act as extension of client’s HUB and provide in-person visits when needed.
• Participate in client meetings and input activity into CRM.
• Educate offices on payer processes, forms, and prior authorization steps.
• Provide education on patient support programs and reimbursement navigation.
• Review patient case information in a compliant manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve patient-level reimbursement issues.
