Job summary

Uniti Group Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Technician to install and repair residential and commercial communications services across multiple technology platforms.

You will train with test equipment and work on both buried and aerial networks, including pole climbing, ladder work, and safe vehicle operation. You will recommend products to meet customer needs and work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Basic technology and math skills required.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Ability to distinguish colors for color-coded cables.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work aloft.
• Must successfully complete required safety training.
• Ability to work day/evening/weekend/holiday hours.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair residential and business services including telephone, internet, and video.
• Train with tools and test equipment to service multiple technologies and network designs.
• Recommend products and services to resolve customer needs.
• Work in buried and aerial plant requiring pole climbing and ladder use.
• Safely operate and maintain company service vehicle.
• Report to the Manager of Local Operations.
