Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license and safe driving record required.
• Experience in customer service or related field preferred.
• Ability to operate various hand tools and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Manage all last mile and in-home or business equipment.
• Fault find and resolve customer complaints.
• Assist customers in connecting devices to the Ripple Fiber network.
• Install and troubleshoot internet services in various environments.

Skills

Valid state driver’s license and safe driving record

Ability to operate hand tools and handheld mobile devices

Experience in customer service, construction, electrical, technical, or related field

Flexibility to work a schedule that includes evenings and weekends

Identification of wire and cable colors

Qualification on pre-employment assessments

Availability for overtime, emergency call-outs, and holiday work
