Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Experience in customer service, construction, or technical fields is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair Ripple Fiber equipment.
• Manage last mile and in-home business networks.
• Fault finding and troubleshooting issues.
• Create and maintain network documentation.
• Assist customers with connecting their devices.

Skills

Valid state driver’s license

Customer service experience

Ability to operate hand tools

Ability to identify wire and cable colors
