Job summary

Astound, a leading internet and telecom provider in California, seeks a full-time teammate to support customer installations. You will monitor technician routes, maintain contact with crews, and perform pre- and post-install checks to ensure quality service.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assist with management of customer technician routes.
• Maintain ongoing communication with technicians.
• Complete pre-calls to customers.
• Conduct post-installation surveys.
• Verify integrity of ICOMS accounts against work orders.
• Other duties as assigned.
