Astound is hiring for an entry-level support/operations role in California. You will help manage technician routes, coordinate with field teams, and conduct customer touchpoints as part of a dynamic telecom services group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 0 years of experience is acceptable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assist with management of customer technician routes
• Maintain ongoing communication with technicians
• Complete pre-calls to customers
• Conduct post-installation surveys
• Verify integrity of ICOMS accounts against work orders
• Other duties as assigned
