Job summary

Omni Fiber LLC is seeking driven Business Account Executives to bring next-generation fiber internet to businesses in Mansfield, OH. You will own your territory, build your book of business, and earn uncapped commissions with a total annual target up to $120K.

Enjoy a competitive base and strong benefits while advancing in a fast-growing fiber network. You will prospect, sell fiber internet, voice, and TV to commercial customers, and conduct consultative meetings to identify needs.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of B2B sales experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working toward sales quotas and revenue targets.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• CRM and Microsoft Office experience.
• Salesforce experience (preferred).
• Telecommunications, ISP, or technology sales background (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business through door-to-door outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Sell fiber internet, voice, and TV solutions to commercial customers.
• Conduct consultative sales meetings to identify customer needs.
• Attend community events and business networking opportunities.
• Build and manage your sales pipeline using Salesforce or CRM tools.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver a smooth customer experience from sale to installation.
