Omni Fiber is expanding rapidly and we're seeking a Business Account Executive to drive growth in our commercial fiber solutions across Ohio. Earn a base salary plus uncapped commissions with a high on-target earnings potential and a clear path to top performance.

In this role, you will own your territory, build your book of business, and work with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences from sale to installation.

Formación

• 2-5 years of B2B sales experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working toward sales quotas and revenue targets.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• CRM and Microsoft Office experience.
• Salesforce experience (preferred).
• Telecommunications, ISP, or technology sales background (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and develop new business through door-to-door outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Sell fiber internet, voice, and TV solutions to commercial customers.
• Conduct consultative sales meetings to identify customer needs.
• Attend community events and business networking opportunities.
• Build and manage your sales pipeline using Salesforce or CRM tools.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver a smooth customer experience from sale to installation.
