Omni Fiber, LLC. is expanding its footprint in Michigan markets and seeks driven Business Account Executives to grow the commercial fiber internet book of business. You will own a territory, develop relationships with business owners, and close deals with uncapped commissions and a generous total target compensation.

Base salary is complemented by uncapped commissions, with an annual target up to $120,000. Includes a 401(k) plan, paid time off, holidays, and health benefits.

Formación

• 2–5 years of B2B sales experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working toward sales quotas and revenue targets.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and develop new business through door-to-door outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Sell fiber internet, voice, and TV solutions to commercial customers.
• Conduct consultative sales meetings to identify customer needs.
• Attend community events and business networking opportunities.
• Build and manage your sales pipeline using Salesforce or CRM tools.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver a smooth customer experience from sale to installation.
