Job summary

Triangle DeCon Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced FF&E Relocation Project Manager to oversee furniture, fixtures, and equipment for new, renovated, and swing-space projects within the Los Angeles area.

You will manage programming, budgeting, procurement, installation, and move coordination to ensure functional occupancy of facilities. Responsibilities include coordinating with College Project Director, A/E team, and BUGs; reviewing documents for FF&E requirements; and coordinating IT

Qualifications

• A four-year college degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Construction/Project Management, Planning, Facilities Management or related area.
• 7–10 years of PM/coordination in Move/Relocation, Interior Design, Facilities or related; 11–14 years with no degree.
• Ability to read architectural and furniture drawings.
• Knowledge of furniture and equipment specifications and procurement.
• Flexibility to work at any LACCD college/site locations.
• Strong written and oral communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat or Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Manage FF&E for new, renovated, and swing space projects including programming, budgeting, procurement, installation, and punch list.
• Coordinate swing space needs, move scope, bidding, budgets, and move coordination.
• Review programming and design docs; ensure FF&E electrical/infrastructure coordination with A/E and BUG.
• Coordinate IT equipment planning with the Technology Project Manager.
• Provide status reports to CPD and Relocation PM team.
