Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is seeking an experienced FF&E Project Manager to lead furniture, fixtures, and equipment for college projects on-site in Los Angeles. The role involves coordinating with Procurement, CPD, architects, relocation managers, and user groups to define scope, budget, and schedules while maintaining cost controls.

This position requires 7–10 years of PM/coordination experience in Move/Relocation, Facilities, or FF&E procurement and a related 4-year degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Interior Design or related field.
• 7–10 years PM/coordination experience in Move/Relocation, Interior Design, Facilities or FF&E procurement.
• Ability to read architectural and furniture drawings.
• Knowledge of furniture and equipment specifications and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Manage FF&E selection, procurement, scheduling, installation, and move-in/relocation for college projects.
• Coordinate with Procurement using best-value or low-bid contracting for FF&E purchases.
• Collaborate with CPD, architects, relocation managers, and user groups to define scope, budget, and schedule.
• Develop and validate FF&E budgets at project milestones and ensure alignment with the overall budget.
• Attend weekly project meetings to ensure FF&E layouts and integration of new and reused items.
