Job summary

DESTINATION ENTERPRISES INC. is seeking an experienced FF&E/Move Management professional to guide furniture, fixtures and equipment for college projects in Los Angeles.

You'll coordinate with architects, project managers, and procurement to ensure budget, scope, and schedules align, while overseeing IT equipment integration and move logistics. You will review construction and design documents for FF&E compatibility, manage vendor quotes, and lead post-move close-out activities to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Construction/Project Management, Planning, Facilities Management or related area.
• 7–10 years of project management and coordination experience in Move/Relocation/FF&E, or 11–14 years with no degree.
• Ability to read architectural and furniture drawings.
• Knowledge of FF&E specifications and procurement.
• Flexibility to work at multiple college sites.
• Strong written and oral communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat/Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Manage FF&E for new, renovated and swing space projects from programming to punch list.
• Coordinate with Procurement for FF&E purchasing and best-value contracting.
• Collaborate with CPD, A/E, BUGs, and Building User Groups to define scope, budget, and schedule.
• Develop FF&E budgets and track progress at milestones.
• Oversee IT equipment coordination and installation planning.
• Schedule logistics for FF&E delivery, installation, and move phases.
• Coordinate movers and specialty contractors for FF&E delivery and installation.
• Maintain and file all FF&E and Move-related documentation for project close-out.
