Job summary

Triangle DeCon Services Inc. is seeking an experienced FF&E Move/Relocation Project Manager to lead furniture, fixtures and equipment programs across new, renovated, and swing-space projects for Los Angeles area college facilities.

The role involves programming, specification, drawing review, budgeting, procurement coordination, scheduling, installation, and punch-list activities. The position requires coordinating with CPD, A/E teams, and BUG groups to ensure timely delivery, on-budget FF&E,

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Architecture/Interior Design/PM/Facilities Management or related.
• 7-10 years of project management and coordination experience in Move/Relocation/PM/Interior Design or related fields; 11-14 years if no degree.
• Ability to read architectural and furniture drawings.
• Knowledge of furniture and equipment specifications and procurement.
• Flexibility to work at any LACCD college/site locations.
• Strong written and oral communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat or Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Manage FF&E for new, renovated, and swing space projects from programming to close-out.
• Coordinate procurement, budgeting, scheduling, and move management with CPD and project teams.
• Oversee installation, punch lists, and post-move activities to ensure functional occupancy.
• Coordinate IT equipment budgets, scope, procurement, and installation with IT teams.
• Provide value engineering and ensure budgets and schedules are met.
