Job summary

DVJ Consulting Engineers is seeking an experienced FF&E/Move Relocation Manager to lead the furniture, fixtures and equipment program for new, renovated, and swing space projects. The role covers programming, specification review, budgeting, procurement coordination and scheduling with construction teams to ensure successful occupancy.

You will manage move scope creation, bidding, budget tracking, and on-site move oversight, coordinating with CPD, A/E, BUGs, and college stakeholders to deliver

Qualifications

Four-year degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Construction/PM, Planning, Facilities Management or related.
7–10 years of project management and coordination in Move/Relocation fields.

Responsibilities

Manage FF&E for new, renovated and swing space projects including budgeting, procurement coordination, scheduling, installation and punch lists.
Coordinate move management scope, bids, budget tracking, and relocation activities with CPD, A/E, BUGs and facilities teams.
Oversee IT equipment coordination, space planning, and asset tagging of FF&E.
Prepare FF&E budgets and provide milestone validations.
Attend weekly project meetings with project teams and contractors to ensure FF&E specs and layouts meet project goals.
