Job summary

Internetwork Expert is seeking an experienced FF&E Project Manager to oversee furniture, fixtures, equipment for new, renovated, and swing space projects, including programming, specifications, budgeting, procurement coordination, scheduling, installation, and punch list.

This role also manages move projects: move scope creation, bidding, budget tracking, coordination with CPD and A/E teams, swing space planning, relocation of existing furniture, IT equipment planning, and close-out activities

Qualifications

• A four-year college degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Construction/Project Management, Planning, Facilities Management or related area is required.
• 7–10 years of project management and coordination experience in Move/Relocation, Project Management, Interior Design, Facilities Management, or FF&E procurement.
• Ability to read architectural and furniture drawings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD, Visio, and Bluebeam experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage FF&E for all new, renovated and swing space projects, including budgeting, procurement coordination, scheduling and installation.
• Coordinate move management: scope creation, bidding, budget tracking, move coordination, onsite supervision and punch list.
• Collaborate with CPD, Project Architects, BUGs and A/E teams to define scope, budget, schedule and FF&E requirements.
• Coordinate IT equipment planning and installation as part of FF&E and move activities.
• Maintain FF&E and move documentation, proposals, POs, packing slips and invoices for CPD reporting.
